Refund policy

The Following Items Can't Be Returned or Exchanged
    • Custom or Personalized Orders (custom or personalized orders include any order(s) or item(s) made in more than 1 color or 1 size) 
      • To note, any custom or personalized orders can ONLY be returned if they arrive damaged or defective

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
  • We have a 14-day return policy for only damaged, defected items or wrong items received. 
  • We will not offer a refund or exchange of damaged, defected or wrong item(s) if they are returned after 14 days of receiving your purchase.
  • You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving and inspecting the item(s) to confirm if the item(s) is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. Please send pictures of the damaged, defective, or wrong item prior to returning so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  • Once we receive your order and inspect it, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days
Conditions of Returns & Return Shipping Costs
  • To return an item(s), your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition and original packaging that you received it in. If the item is not returned in its original condition & packaging, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • If you are shipping an item over $50, you are responsible and should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.  We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Late or Missing Refunds
  • Please allow 14 business days for your refund or exchange to process. If you haven't received a refund within 14 business days please contact us.
Exchanges
  • We only replace items if they are received defective, damaged or the wrong item(s) were sent. This must be communicated to us within 48 hours of receiving. If you want to exchange it for the same item, you must return it to us and a new replacement will be sent once we receive and inspect the damaged, defective, or wrong product. Contact us on our site with a picture of the damaged or defective item, with order number info.
